Contents of lectures | Principles of the TCP/IP protocol stack. Basic technologies of the link layer. Networking devices: packet switches, bridges, routers. Briging (STA). IP addressing, and related protocols (ARP,DHCP). Routing (OSPF,RIP,BGP). Transport layer including congestion control (UDP,TCP,RTP). Applications on the Internet.
