Notice of the first enrollment deadline for students enrolling in master's academic studies in the academic year 2025/26 for the study program Electrical Engineering and Computing in the English language
Applications for the open competition in the first open competition period for enrollment of students in the Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computing in the English language will be accepted in the period from 20th to 31th October 2025.
Candidates submit their application and documents in person in the period from 20th to 31th October 2025 on working days, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Department, desk number 4.
Three self-financed students can be enrolled in the study program of Master's academic studies in Electrical Engineering and Computing in English.
The first year of master's academic studies can be enrolled by a person who has completed the corresponding basic academic studies and has achieved at least 240 ECTS points.
Upon applying for the open competition, a candidate, who owns a foreign higher education document, submits a decision on the recognition of a foreign public document or a confirmation that the procedure has been started if the higher education document on previous education was obtained abroad.
These candidates are obliged to start the recognition process for the sake of continuing their education no later than 15 days before the deadline for applying for the open competition.
The prerequisite for enrollment in a study program conducted in English is proof of knowledge of the English language at an upper intermediate level of the competence equivalent to B2 = Cambridge Advanced Certificate in English (CAE) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System) or completed high school education in English language.
The amount of the school fees for classes in English totals EUR 9,000.00.

- A receipt for the fee paid for applying to the open competition for admission to master's academic studies in the amount of 3,000.00 Dinars to the giro account of the School of Electrical Engineering no. 840-1438666-48, model 97, reference number 71300
- A photocopy of a diploma supplement or certificate of the completed examinations – an original document should be submitted for inspection
- A photocopy of a diploma or a graduation certificate - an original document should be submitted for inspection
- A signed statement permitting inspection, acquisition and processing of personal data
- A photocopy of the decision on the recognition of a foreign higher education certificate (only for candidates who completed their basic academic studies abroad)
- A photocopy of birth certificate (only for candidates who are not citizens of the Republic of Serbia)
- A photocopy of a passport (only for foreign citizens)
The first year of the Master's academic studies, study program Electrical Engineering and Computing, the following elective areas (modules) can be enrolled:

- Software Engineering
Candidates who have completed their basic academic studies at another faculty do not have direct access to master's academic studies at the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade. Each candidate's study program is analyzed separately, and candidates may be required to pass supplementary exams, or their application for enrollment may be rejected. A student enrolling with supplementary exams can take the master's program exams as soon as they have passed all their supplementary exams.
Open competition calendar:
- Application period: From Monday, October 20 to Friday, October 31, 2025, until 1:00 PM
- List of registered candidates: no later than Wednesday, November 5
- Submitting complaints on the data in the list of applicants: Wednesday, November 5, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, at the Student Department
- The final list of registered candidates: Wednesday, November 5
- A preliminary ranking list: Friday, Thursday, November 6
- Submission of complaints on the preliminary ranking list: Friday, November 7, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, at the Student Department
- Making public the decisions on complaints: Friday, November 7, by 7:00 PM
- Submission of complaints to the Dean on the Commission's Decision:
- November 10, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the Student Department
- The Dean makes decisions on submitted complaints:
- Monday, November 10, by 4:00 PM
- Publication of the final ranking list on the website of the School of Electrical Engineering: Tuesday, November 11, by 7:00 PM
- Candidates enrollment:
in the period from November 12 to 14, according to the timetable, the hourly rate of which will be published later
The information and notifications about the results of the open competition will be published on the website of the School, according to the deadlines envisaged by the open competition.
