Contents of lectures | Point target and surface target, infrared radiation of a typical target, background infrared radiation, the spectral scene contrast. Primary and secondary optics, detectors, cooler and electronics. Eestimate the spectral transmittance and the spectral radiance of atmosphere using MODTRAN computer program. Detectors in infrared spectral range, space and thermal resolution. | |||
Contents of exercises | Application of software tools in analysis of thermovision system. MATLAB examples of calculation of space distribution of temperature. Basic principles of analysis of thermal images. | |||
