The GeoNetSee project presented at the Danube Region Transport Days - DRTD 2024 conference
Prof.dr Vladimir Rajović, project manager of the project GeoNetSee, presented the project at the 8th stakeholder conference The Danube Region Transport Days - DRTD 2024, entitled “Boosting sustainable transport and connectivity”, on December 3 in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The conference was organised by the coordinators of EUSDR PA 1b, the Slovenian Ministry of Infrastructure and the Serbian Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, in cooperation with the UNECE. The GeoNetSee representation at the event also included mr Haris Turkmanović (School of Electrical Engineering Belgrade), mr CsabaSzandor (SURViOT Monitoring, project partner), and Ms. Krisztina Dömötör (Hungarian Public Roads, associated strategic partner).
GeoNetSee project will create a solution for monitoring unstable terrain and artificial structures, which will include a geosensor network and a platform for collecting, processing, and visualizing collected data in real-time. The platform, called the Danube Collaborative Center (DCC) will share all collected data, research findings, best practices, and expertise in multidisciplinary domains.
