The goal |
- Understanding applications of methods of Probability and Statistics in solving problems from real world, in particular in Automatic Control science.
- Enabling students to solve various real world problems, applying the metods of Probability and Statistics, determining the correct mathematical model, and performing related parameter estimation and testing hypotheses |
The outcome |
A student will be familiar with basic and moderately complex discrete and continuous stochastic models in the field of sygnals and systems. He/she will be able to apply correct models in real life problems, and to apply tools and methods of statistics and probability. |
