    The goal Appying and upgrading the knowledge gained in courses Fundamentals of Physics 1 and Fundamentals of Physics 2. Introducing students to mathematical and physical modeling of certain physical phenomena and their numerical implementation. Introducing students to laboratory equipement and experimental capacities of the institutes and laboratories in Belgrade.
    The outcome Mastering computer application in modeling and simulating various physical phenomena.

    Contents of lectures none
    Contents of exercises Computer excercises: 1. Oscillations. LHO, damped, forced and auto-oscillations. Nonlinear dynamics: Lorentz attractor, predator and pray model. 2. Optics. Light propagation thorugh inhomogenous medium. Desiging of thin films. 3. Quantum mechanics. Finite difference method for solving Scrodinger equation. 4. Heat transfer. Practices in laboratory: Optics and Nuclear Physics.

    Methods of teaching Lectures are being held throughout practices on computers in computer laboratory and demonstrations in laboratory. During computer excercises every student individually creates mathematical and physical model of some physical phehomenon and implements that model in certain programming language. Every student submits a report with obtained results.
