The goal Cover the fundamentals of computer-aided design that are used in circuit simulation packages from the viewpoint of electrical power engineers and scientists. Introduce the basis for solving circuit models of electrical systems and devices numerically or symbolically in the time or frequency domain analysis. Introduce analog signal processing with electric circuits.
The outcome Understand basic concepts of computer-aided circuit analysis and the corresponding mathematical algorithms. Solve linear circuits in the time and frequency domain with computer algebra systems.
