Contents of lectures | Communication process. Spectral analysis. Characteristics of voice, music and TV signals. Noise sources, narrowband noise. Linear systems. Principles of analog modulation. FDMA. Sampling process. Pulse modulations. TDMA. Baseband digital transmission. Line codes. Intersymbol interference effect. Nyquist criteria. Optimum receiver.
