Contents of lectures | Image and video generation. Camera chain. Video and audio digitalization and compression. MPEG - 2, H. 264 AVC, HEVC. MPEG audio, Dolby compression. Standards and recommendations: DVB, EBU, ETSI, SMPTE, ITU, ATSC. Digital video broadcasting, MPEG stream, TS, GSE. Channel coding and modulation in DVB - x. Digital TV transmitter. Digital receiver.
