The goal Stdents are expected to apply the knowledge acquired during the course in designing a real microelectronic device as a part of study project. Performance of the design is to shaped as a scientific paper ready for publishing.
The outcome Student is capable of implementing and adequate model level of the microelectronic device that provides correct simulation results. Student is aware of CAD/CAE software on the market and their comparative advantages.
    Contents
Contents of lectures Multi level microelectronic devices modeling. Comparative analysis of micro and macro models with respect to simulation results. Complex optoelectronic device modeling at micro level. Arbitraty analog modeling. Mixed signal circuit simulation and analysis. Wiring and routing effects.
Contents of exercises project design and scientific paper writing
