Contents of lectures | Radiation effects in bipolar circuits, semiconductor memories, solar cells, gas tubes, organic dielectrics, and components based on new materials. Electromagnetic (EM) noise in active components and digital circuits. Electrostatic discharge and atmospheric noise. Radiation and EM compatibility testing. Measures for protecting devices from radiation and EM noise. | |||
