The goal | Design of power transformer means iterative calculation process for determining the size of construction element and resulting transformer characteristics.The goal of the design is to minimize the material and power losses,leading to minimum both production and operating costs,while keeping specified transformer technical characteristics.The design includes the basic transformer technical drawing. | |||
The outcome | To realize the relation between the construction parameters and operating characteristics of the transformer. The knowledge is needed in the engineering process of the transformer specification and purchasing, as well as in design and the construction of the transformer. | |||
