      Condition
The goal Introducing students to components, systems and techniques in modern photonic communications. Gaining knowledge in modeling photonic components and systems. Mastering methods for designing and modeling optical links and networks. Course objective is to help students to easily and efficiently enroll in scientific research in this topic.
The outcome Getting a perspective of more advanced aspects of photonic communications, which are based on complex integration and interaction between its components and systems, as well as on advanced techniques which are applied for broadcasting control, compensation of signal degradation, increase of the bit rate, modeling of signal propagation in optical networks.
