Contents of lectures | Neurophysiological basis of movement. Movement organization (reflex, rhythmic, volitional, hierarchy, single joint characteristics). Motor deficits (spasticity, tremor, rigidity, ataxia, akinesia, asynergy, asymmetry) in various diseases (CVA, PD, SCI, MS). Methods for evaluation of motor deficits (clinical and neurological tests, tests of motor performance, scales) . | |||
Contents of exercises | Study research in neurorehabilitation, Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) and restoration of movement with orthosis and prosthesis. | |||
