Contents of lectures | General concepts of radioactive material: type, quantity, condition. The situation in the country and abroad. Processing technology: dilution, concentration, chemical processing, ion exchange, evaporation, immobilization. Test methods for quality of solid form. Temporary storage. Permanent disposal: natural sites, engineering barriers. Disposal sites in the world. A disposal facility. | |||
