The goal | 1) Introduce students to WDM technology. 2) Describing how modern optoelectronic devices used in WDM optical networks (ONs) operate. 3) Introduce students with measurement technique and tools used in WDM ONs. 3) Implementation of WDM ONs. | |||
The outcome | It is expected that students: 1) recognize modern WDM technology, 2) learn OAM (operation, administration and maintenance) of WDM ON and 3) understand measurement methods and introduce to tools used in maintenance and fault clearance, in WDM ON. | |||
