Contents of lectures | Multi level microelectronic devices modeling. Comparative analysis of micro and macro models with respect to simulation results. Complex optoelectronic device modeling at micro level. Arbitraty analog modeling. Mixed signal circuit simulation and analysis. Wiring and routing effects. | |||
