Contents of lectures | Front-end design: SoC design, methodology, IP cores, System Level Design Languages. Hardware/software co-desgin. Platform-Based Design, processor cores, memories, buses, IP blocks integration. System in Package. Logic and High Level Synthesis. Back-end design: floorplanning, goals, restrictions. Design of arithmetic circuits in VLSI systems. Low power integrated circuits design. | |||
