The goal | Objective of the course is to present principles of the multirate signal processing. The focus is on algorithms and realization structures of the multirate systems. Goal is to analyze applications related to telecommunications and audio signal processing and to develop software that solves typical practical problems.
The outcome | Student will be able to understand basic and advanced concept related to multirate signal processing. They will know to develop MATLAB (or MATLAB clone) programs that simulate multirate systems. They will be trained to apply multirate techniques in solving problems related to telecommunications and audio signal processing and implement solutions in MATLAB.
