Contents of lectures | SCADA functions. Hierarchical organization of the control and management system. Dispatch centers. Estimation of the state and parameters in the power systems. Intelligent measurements and WAMS systems and their role in state estimation. Methods of dynamic estimation. WAMPAC systems in the management of electric power systems. Algorithms of distributed power system management. | |||
Contents of exercises | Demonstration and operation of existing clasical and sinchronized phasor measurement devices. Work on algorithms for system state and signal estimation. Development of software for measuring control systems. Work on the development of new software for this area. | |||
