The goal | Introduction to electromagnetic compatibility problems in the field of industrial frequency. Calculation and experimental evaluation of electromagnetic impacts. Analysis of possibilities and measures to reduce or eliminate electromagnetic interference. | |||

Contents of lectures | Electromagnetic interference. Transmission paths. Power lines, lightning, switching operations and faults in power networks as sources of interference. Measurements, simulations and techniques to reduce electromagnetic interference. Testing electromagnetic interference and compatibility. Regulations and standards. | |||
