The goal | Gives fundamentals of weakly ionized gasses and plasma physics. Wave propagation in plasma. Introduce students with plasma generators and their use in electrotechnics. Gives fundamental mechanisms of plasma losses. Diagnostics of plasma. The principles of the functioning of fusion- and MHD-generators. Nonlinear effects in plasma. Physics of suddenly created plasma and lightning. | |||

Low temperature plasma - electrostatic precipitators functioning. Principles of plasma etching, plasma coating, plasma deposition.
