Contents of lectures | Basic semiconductor components (diode, bipolar transistor, MOSFET), basic amplifier circuits, multistage amplifiers, differential amplifier, operational amplifier, negative feedback, circuits with operational amplifiers, negative feedback parameters, current sources, active loads, power amplifiers, rectifiers and filters, voltage stabilizers. | |||
Contents of exercises | 6 laboratory exercises: 1) basic circuits with diodes, 2) basic amplifier circuits with bipolar transistors, 3) basic amplifier circuits with MOSFETs, 4) buffer, non-inverting and inverting amplifiers, 5) summing, differential and instrumentation amplifiers, 6) precision rectifier and class B amplifier. | |||
