    The goal Introduction to basic semiconductor components and basic circuits in which they are used. Principle and analysis of operation of analog electronic circuits.
    The outcome Training in understanding the principles of operation and analysis of analog electronic circuits, as well as designing simpler analog electronic circuits.

    Contents of lectures Basic semiconductor components (diode, bipolar transistor, MOSFET), basic amplifier circuits, multistage amplifiers, differential amplifier, operational amplifier, negative feedback, circuits with operational amplifiers, negative feedback parameters, current sources, active loads, power amplifiers, rectifiers and filters, voltage stabilizers.
    Contents of exercises 6 laboratory exercises: 1) basic circuits with diodes, 2) basic amplifier circuits with bipolar transistors, 3) basic amplifier circuits with MOSFETs, 4) buffer, non-inverting and inverting amplifiers, 5) summing, differential and instrumentation amplifiers, 6) precision rectifier and class B amplifier.
