Project NI4OS-Europe – National Initiatives for Open Science in Europe from November 30, 2022 to December 1, 2022 is organizing a hands-on workshop on Touching on Data and Open-Source Software for Open Science at the Rectorate of the University of Belgrade in Belgrade and in Zagreb (SRCE), as well as online.

This workshop is a hybrid event that will provide information on current trends, expectations, and requirements related to the open science and open source, but will also encourage you to develop and share ideas for data, services, and software that you are developing or you plan to develop. It addresses the challenges of advancing open science, the use of free and open source software (FOSS) in science, as well as specific research software, tools, and practical approaches.
During both days the refreshment and light lunch will be provided.
Attendees are expected to bring their own laptops.
All participants will receive a Zoom link before the workshop.
