Paid internship - Wärtsilä Voyage d.o.o. Belgrade

We are excited to share with you an opportunity to join our paid internship program at Wartsila Voyage d.o.o. Beograd.
Wartsila is a global leader in innovative technologies and comprehensive solutions in the marine industry and energy markets.

We are looking for innovative, curious, and solution-oriented students who want to develop and create change through innovation in technologies and services.

Join us if you:

  • Currently studying in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related field or equivalent.
  • Have experience with C++ language.
  • Have experience with web technologies.
  • The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in the maritime industry, particularly in port operations or maritime logistics is highly beneficial. Knowledge of supply chain and logistical industry practices are also advantageous.
  • Fluent English

As a Software Developer Trainee in a large global company, you will gain the following experience and skills:

  • Participate in software teams and contribute meaningfully to the success of Ports R&D Software products. We operate many projects across different products, clients and locations around the world. You can pitch into to the product and/or project that you find interesting.
  • Be interested in emerging technologies, industry trends, and methodologies.
  • Learn and have fun!
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams through SCRUM Agile practices.

The internship program will start in July - August 2024 and will last for 6 months, partly working time.
