Top Talent Program by msg global solutions aims to gather individuals who are willing to strive for excellence, to groom their career very fast by facing various challenges within different environments, people and cultures. Our program brings together the best students who are about to graduate from technical faculties, mostly focused on information systems and technologies, computer science and software engineering.
You can choose one of the following Top Talent Program fields:
- IT Consulting – end-to-end SAP implementation and consulting services through involvement in worldwide spread projects
- Software Development – enhance developer skills, learn and develop cloud based and IoT solutions
- E-commerce Solutions Implementation and Development – grow as a frontend or backend developer of SAP Hybris solution, one of the more frequently evaluated and deployed digital commerce solutions.
What do you need to get started?
- Studies in fields: Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- English proficiency
- Demonstrated proactiveness
- Willingness to travel for the purpose of training and project work
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Self-motivation and flexibility
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills
- To be a proactive, positive contributor
- Ability to work in an international team with international customers
- Ability to be creative, flexible, and adaptable in a changing business environment

Program duration:
- 3 months Top Talent Program, designed for graduates and students who are about to graduate, as a full-time paid engagement.
- 3 weeks Top Talent Program, designed for students of 3rd or 4th year of studies.
