Job Description:
The Laboratory for Advanced Computer Systems and Architectures (http://www.ece.uah.edu/~lacasa) in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Alabama in Huntsville has two open positions. The first opening is for a doctoral graduate research assistant to conduct research in computer systems architecture -- specifically in the area of multicore processors and hardware emulation. The second opening is for a doctoral graduate research/teaching assistant to conduct research in wireless sensor networks.
Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.S. degrees in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Candidates with good skills in hardware design, system architecture, operating systems, and networks will be given preference.
