Abstract
This is our second topic in a series of lectures on Project Management, which we started last year. We are going to analyze all the relevant information associated to why and how teams make all the difference in organizational and project performance.
Team - a tremendous pool of creativity, knowledge and talents that many companies are taking advantages of in today?s fast and unmerciful business landscape. Teams are also the essential ingredient and the most versatile unit of the high-performance organization of the future.
There are many kinds of business teams: project teams, committees, process and/or quality improvement teams, self-directed teams, to name just a few. But all of them have a common element: great business teams can accomplish high performance results.
Moving beyond the fundamentals of team performance, we will look from the various viewpoints at the recommendations to learn how to:
- work together
- move quickly from "I" to "we"
- become an effective team member
- coordinate the efforts
- communicating within a team
- resolve the conflict and frustration
- lead the team
- establish ground rules, roles and responsibilities
- recognize the steps to help your teammates
Opis predavanja
Ovo je drugo predavanje u sklopu seminara na temu o Projektnom menadžmentu koji smo započeli prošle godine. Analiziraćemo sve relevante informacije zašto i kako timovi čine onu ključnu komponentu u performansama jedne organizacije ili projekta.
Tim predstavlja ogroman rezervoar kreativnosti, znanja i talenata koji mnoge kompanije pokušavaja da iskoriste radi sticanja prednosti u današnjem brzom i nemilosrdnom poslovnom okruženju. Timovi su takodje esencijalni sastojak i najfleksibilnija i najsposobnija jedinica budućih organizacija visokih-performansi.
Postoje mnogo tipova poslovnih timova: projektni timovi, komiteti, timovi za unapredjenje procesa i/ili kvaliteta, samo-vodjeni timovi, itd. Ali svi oni imaju jedan zajednički imenitelj: uspešni timovi mogu da dostignu veoma visoke performanse.Izlazeći izvan samih osnova timskog rada, razmotrićemo sa raznih tačaka gledišta preporuke kako da naučimo da:
- radimo zajedno sa drugima
- ne govorimo vise "Ja" nego "mi"
- postanemo efikasni članovi tima
- usmeravamo zajedničke napore
- komuniciramo u okviru tima
- uspešno razrešavamo konflikte i frustracije
- vodimo tim
- jasno definišemo pravila, uloge i odgovornosti
- prepoznamo potrebne korake kako bi pomogli našim kolegama
